I just got back from a vacation in Palm Springs and decided to bring my GBA SP and the only 3 games I have for it, Pokémon Emerald, Super Mario Advance 2, and a port of Super Mario Brothers. I thought that it was weird that in Pokémon Emerald, instead of fighting a crime syndicate who wanted to expand the atmosphere by shrinking the planet, you fought both Team Aqua and Magma. So, seeing as so many people are saying "HOENN CONFIRMED" with regards to Generation 6 (my ideas for titles are Garnet, Aquamarine, and Jade), I decided to do this. Also, I noticed that the patterns on the legendaries of each game contain the initials of the crime syndicates who want to use it to achieve their goals. Kyogre has an A, Groudon has an M, and Rayquaza has O's. So, logically, I thought "Well, the remake of Emerald should have a new team who wants to use Rayquaza for something. And so I went with Ozone because of the air theme, and also because it's repeatedly mentioned in Rayquaza's dex entries (although I could have just as easily gone with Oxygen or something...) Anyway, the team leader is named Orville (Reference to the inventor of the airplane, and also because the other 2 team leaders have names whose initials match up with their teams.), the grunts dress like WWII fighter pilots (The other 2 teams have related costumes (e.g. Aqua is sailors and Magma is...Well, it's hard to explain. I initially thought that they were firemen, but now I think they're arsonists/demons/cultists), and their base vehicle is a quad rotor helicopter. The logo is an O stylized to look like a fan/jet engine intake.
